Campaign Operations

Use a campaign's Report page when you need campaign-specific performance. Use Reporting > Realtime reports when you need broader loyalty programme reports such as signups, vouchers, wallet entries, and baskets.
Percentage discount caps
Campaigns that use a percentage checkout discount or issue a percentage voucher can include a Maximum basket discount. Use this when the discount should be percentage-based, but one basket should not receive more than a fixed monetary discount from the campaign.
In Console, turn off No maximum discount amount and enter Maximum basket discount. Leave No maximum discount amount turned on when the percentage reward should be uncapped.
