Reporting

The Reporting area in Console gives you two ways to work with report data. Most reports open directly in Console and show charts, KPIs, and tables on screen straight away. A separate set of reports is generated as a file from Downloadable Reports, then collected later from Exports after processing finishes.

On-screen reports
Use the main reporting pages when you want to explore performance immediately in Console. These reports update on screen and can be filtered by things like date range, store, channel, or country depending on the report.
Common examples include:
- Signups
- Store report
- Product performance
- Referrals
- Revenue
- Vouchers
- Top products
- Top categories
Downloadable reports
Use Downloadable Reports when you need a standardised file rather than an on-screen view. This area includes options such as Suppliers & Products Settlement Report, Campaign Settlement Report, Wallet Store Entries Report, and Campaign Redemption Report.
When you generate one of these reports, you choose the available format, set any date range or report-specific options, and either run it immediately or schedule it for later. After the report has been processed, the finished file is available from Exports.
