Wallets
Use wallets in Spaaza when you need to store and manage saved value for customers. Wallets can hold points, monetary credit, or competition entries, and they can be updated by campaigns, scheduled tasks, or manual actions from a customer profile.
Wallet tasks
Wallet setup and daily operations are split into a few common task groups:
- Create and maintain the wallet itself.
- Issue wallet entries automatically through campaigns or on a schedule.
- Review, filter, export, and report on wallet entries.
- Manage loyalty levels when you use a points wallet for tiering.
