Manually add wallet entries

Manually adding wallet entries in Spaaza Console

Use the customer profile when you need to add or subtract wallet value for one person directly. This is useful for customer support, service recovery, or account corrections that should not wait for a campaign or bulk task.

Expected result

  • You can open the selected customer’s wallet history.
  • You can add or subtract a value with a customer-facing note.
  • The new manual entry appears in that customer’s wallet table.

Manually add wallet entries in Console

  1. Open the customer you want to update in Customers.
  2. Open the relevant wallet section in the customer navigation, such as Points wallets, Credit wallets, or Entry wallets.
  3. In the wallet card you want to update, click Add to balance.
  4. In Add to customer's wallet balance, enter Value to add/subtract.
  5. Add a Customer note. This note can be shown in wallet history views.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Review the updated wallet table and confirm that the new row appears with Manual in the Type column.

If something looks different

  • If Add to balance is not shown, check that you opened an individual customer profile and that the customer has access to that wallet type.
  • If the entry should reduce the balance, enter the value with a minus sign.
  • If the new entry is not visible immediately, refresh the customer page and open the wallet section again.
