Export wallet entries

Exporting wallet entries in Spaaza Console

Export the exact wallet entry set shown in your current ledger view when you need a file for analysis, reconciliation, or downstream processing. Wallet entry exports use the current filters on the page, so you can export all entries or only the subset you have scoped first.

Expected result

  • You can open the wallet entry export task form from a wallet entry list.
  • You can choose the export format and timing for the export.
  • The export becomes available from the Exports section after the task is processed.

Export wallet entries in Console

  1. Open All entries or another wallet entry list that already matches the records you want to export.
  2. Apply any wallet entry filters you want to include in the export.
  3. Click Export.
  4. In Create a wallet ledger export task, choose the Format you want to use: CSV or JSON.
  5. Review the Title and change it if needed.
  6. In Timing, choose when the export should run. You can use Run now, Run once, at a specific time, Run daily, Run weekly, or Run monthly.
  7. Click Create export task.
  8. Open the Exports section and download the finished export when it is ready.

Where you can export wallet entry lists

The same Export action is available on wallet entry lists opened from:

  • All entries
  • A campaign page in Wallet entries
  • A campaign page in Wallet contributions
  • A wallet issue task page in All wallet entries

If something looks different

  • If the export contains too many or too few rows, return to the wallet entry list and review the active filters before you create the export task.
  • If the export is not available immediately, open Exports and wait for the task to finish processing.
  • If you need a recurring export, choose one of the scheduled timing options in Timing instead of Run now.
