Lucky Shopper
Use Lucky Shopper when you want to run chance-based campaigns that randomly reward qualifying customers. In Spaaza, Lucky Shopper campaigns are configured as a campaign family with three prize types, and the results are reviewed mainly through the campaign report.
Lucky Shopper tasks
Lucky Shopper work in Console usually falls into two main tasks:
- Create the Lucky Shopper campaign and choose the prize type you want to offer.
- Review the campaign report to track issued vouchers and related campaign activity during the campaign period.
Lucky Shopper types
Spaaza supports three Lucky Shopper campaign types:
- Lucky Free Item
- Lucky Grand Prize
