Review wallet reporting

Wallet reporting is available in several Console views. Use the wallet ledger when you need individual wallet entry records, use the wallet analytics reports when you need trends over time, and use dashboard or wallet overview pages when you need higher-level summaries.
Expected result
- You know which Console view to use for wallet entry lists, trend reporting, and dashboard summaries.
- You can apply the date controls in the wallet reports to change the reporting period.
- You can review wallet contribution, spend, balance, and level reporting at wallet, campaign, task, and dashboard level.
Review wallet reporting in Console
- Open All entries when you need a list of wallet ledger records. For record-level filtering and list views, follow View and filter wallet entries.
- Open the Wallet Entries report when you need the main wallet-entry report across active wallets. Open the Levels report when you need to review current level membership and level joins over time. Open the Points report when you need reporting for points wallets, or open the Wallet report when you need reporting for credit wallets.
- Click the date range button that starts with From ... to ..., choose the reporting period, then click Apply.
- Optional: click the comparison control next to compared to, choose the comparison period, then click Apply.
- Optional: change the interval with Hour, Day, Week, or Month.
- Review the wallet report sections for overall wallet movement, such as cumulative balance, contributions, manual changes, spend, and return corrections.
- Open a campaign and click Report when you need campaign-specific wallet reporting. For campaigns that issue wallet value, use Summary for wallet contributions, entries by time of week, and earning-product performance when the campaign has assigned barcodes. Use Customer response to review first ever purchase with an entry, last purchase before entry earned, unique buyers with an entry, demographics of customers earning entries, and top spenders on the campaign. Use Basket context for basket value, item count, category, and product breakdowns on entry-wallet reward campaigns. Use Channel performance for promoted-product sales by region or format, standalone entries by region or format, and Store entry insights. Use Product entries to review entries contributed per assigned barcode when the campaign has assigned earning barcodes or barcode groups. Use Price and mechanics for assigned-product unit sales on non-entry wallet-value campaigns.
- Open a wallet and click Report when you need the wallet-level report. Wallet reports use a single page with cumulative value, total entries, mutation breakdowns, channel breakdowns, and top customers by entries.
- Open a wallet issue task and use Report when you need reporting for one scheduled wallet issue run.
- Open the home dashboard and switch to Wallet Entries when you need the dashboard summary for active wallets.
- Open a specific wallet in All wallets and use Overview when you need wallet-level summary charts, including cumulative balance, spend, redemptions, manual changes, and campaign contributions.
If something looks different
- If you need individual wallet entries instead of charts, use the wallet ledger list rather than the analytics report.
- If a campaign report does not show wallet contribution cards, confirm that the campaign contributes to a wallet and that the target wallet can be resolved. If assigned-product cards are missing, confirm that the campaign has assigned earning barcodes.
- If a wallet report or overview is empty, expand the date range and confirm that entries were issued, spent, or corrected in that period.
- If comparison or interval controls are hidden on a smaller screen, open the date control and use the expanded filter layout.
