Create and edit customers in Spaaza Console

Use the Customers area to add new profiles and keep existing customer details up to date from one place in Spaaza Console.

Expected result

  • After creating a customer, Console opens that customer profile on the Overview page.
  • After editing a customer, the saved values are visible in the profile Details section.

Create a customer

  1. Open the All Customers page.
  2. Click Create a customer.
  3. In Add a new customer, complete First name, Last name, and Email.
  4. (Optional) Complete additional sections such as Address, Stores, Employee, Influencer, and Opt-ins.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Confirm Console opens the new profile at /customers/customer/.../overview.

Edit an existing customer

  1. Open the All Customers page.
  2. Select a customer name to open their profile.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. In Update details, update the fields you need.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Review the updated values in Details on the Overview page.

If something looks different

  • If Create a customer is not visible, verify you are on /customers/segment/all and have permission to manage customers.
  • If Save does not complete, check that First name, Last name, and Email are filled in.
  • If profile changes are not visible after saving, refresh the page and confirm you opened the correct customer record.
