Change default campaign content settings

Default campaign content settings in Spaaza Console

Use Default campaign content settings to set the default colours and font URLs used in loyalty experiences.

Expected result​

  • The Settings overview is visible after you click Save.
  • Colour defaults are saved for background, text, primary actions, and secondary actions.
  • Primary font URL and Secondary font URL are saved when valid secure URLs are provided.
  • Console returns to Settings after the changes are saved.

Change default campaign content settings in Console​

  1. Open Default campaign content settings.
  2. In Colours, set Background colour and Text colour.
  3. Set Primary action text colour and Primary action background colour.
  4. Set Secondary action text colour and Secondary action background colour.
  5. In Fonts, enter a secure full URL in Primary font URL when a hosted primary font should be used.
  6. Enter a secure full URL in Secondary font URL when a hosted secondary font should be used.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Confirm the Settings overview is visible.

If something looks different​

  • If a colour does not save as expected, enter a hex colour value directly.
  • If a font URL is rejected, confirm it starts with https:// and includes the full path to the font asset.
  • If campaign content still differs in a campaign, check whether that campaign has its own content or styling configured.
