Change general settings

General settings in Spaaza Console

Use General settings to update the program name and the brand images used across Spaaza interfaces.

Expected result​

  • The Settings overview is visible after you click Save.
  • The saved Name is used as the program display name.
  • The Company logo and Receipt image are updated after upload.

Change general settings in Console​

  1. Open General settings.
  2. In Basics, update Name when the program display name needs to change.
  3. In Brand assets, upload or replace the Company logo.
  4. Upload or replace the Receipt image when the receipt logo needs to change.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Confirm the Settings overview is visible.

If something looks different​

  • If an image does not preview after upload, check that the file is an image and is within the upload size limit.
  • If Save does not keep the change, refresh General settings and confirm the new value is still shown.
  • If you need to update store formats or reward rules, return to Settings and open the matching Configuration page.
