Spaaza stores all customer data in the cloud and handles the syncing of account data with the retailer’s webshop. As far as the customer is concerned they have only one account for the retailer which they can use online and in-store.
It is not required for the POS system to access and work with the customer or loyalty program other than sending orders and redeeming vouchers. However all of the functionality available within Spaaza’s own apps can also be built into the POS’s software using Spaaza’s API’s. Building this functionality into the native POS software can often lead to a better experience for store staff (which consequently often means better performing programs).
